CAN I PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE WITHOUT GIVING MY CREDIT CARD INFO?
If you do not like to enter your credit card information on the web,  please place your order online (see "HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER" below) At the payment option choose “call me for credit card info This will place your order without requesting credit card info. We will begin to process your order and call you for your credit card information.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE?:
At the basket you prefer click “add to cart. This will bring you to the shopping cart. Click "calculate shipping" and enter the zip code you're shipping to. Choose your preferred method of shipping.
Enter your gift message in the space provided.
At the bottom of the page choose “go to payments. (Note: If you’d like to remove something from the cart, put a zero in the quantity space and then click “recalculate.)
On this page enter your billing information and the address you’d like the basket shipped to, then the shipping information and click “continue" on the bottom of the page. On this page you may also enter your desired shipping date. [If you receive a page that says “Form entries incomplete or invalid, just click “back to return to the previous page and enter required information and click "continue"]
You are now on the payment options page. Choose which method you prefer and enter your CC information. If you do not want to enter your CC information online choose “call me for Credit Card info". You will then receive an acknowledgement of you order. Please have your credit card number, the expiration date and the verification code (last 3 digits on back of card or for Amex 4 digits on front of card) ready when we call as we need your information before shipping your gift.

WHAT SHIPPING METHOD DO YOU USE AND WHAT IS THE PROCESSING TIME?
  We have now updated our site so YOU can choose the shipping method you prefer. We offer UPS ground, 2nd day, 3rd day and overnight. For more information on which method to choose go here: Shipping Information The charge shown is for ONE basket only. The shipping calculator does not take into consideration separate shipping rates. We will ship your basket to arrive on your selected delivery date. If no delivery date is requested, gift baskets are processed the next business day if received before 3 p.m. Eastern time.

CAN I SHIP MULTIPLE BASKETS TO DIFFERENT ADDRESSES?
The best way is to place one order online and be sure to click the "remember me" box after you enter your address and the first shipping address. Once you complete the first order your subsequent orders will have your information filled in already. Just change the shipping address. You can click "call me for credit card info" instead of entering your credit card number every time. We'll check if you'd like it charged to the original card entered.
This method will save you the time having to go back and reenter all the information for every basket.

DO YOU SHIP OVERNIGHT?
Yes, we have overnight shipping options.

CAN YOU SHIP TO HOSPITALS, COMPANY ADDRESSES AND/OR HOTELS?
 We strongly recommend NOT shipping to hospital or hotels (or to companies unless you choose UPS as an option). Please be advised that we cannot be responsible for orders not received due to circumstances beyond our control. We agree to be responsible to have the order arrive as requested, however we cannot guarantee the hospital, company or hotel will deliver it to the recipient in a timely manner. If it is forwarded you are responsible for the condition of the basket after being forwarded. We securely wrap and pad each basket to arrive in perfect condition, however they are delicate and do not endure multiple shipping processes well. For more reasons why we do not recommend shipping to a hospital (same reasons for a hotel and/or company) click here and go to the bottom of the page.

WHAT IF I PROVIDE AN INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS OR THE PACKAGE IS RETURNED?
  Sometimes the shipping service will not accept an address that we are given. If  so, we will notify you by email and hold the gift until we hear back from you. We strongly suggest you check your email the day it is being shipped to be sure it went out. You will receive a shipping number if it is sent. If the shipping service accepts the address given and it is returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by you, you will be charged the basket and shipping price. Any gift returned because of circumstances beyond our control (with no error on our part) will be refunded the basket price only, less any addtional shipping charges.. If the return is due to an error on our part, you will be refunded the entire amount plus a bonus of 10% off your next basket. This guarantee is provided for online orders only. If you discover the mistake before it is returned, we may be able to have it forwarded (UPS charges an additional shipping fee for this). If so, you are responsible for the condition of the basket after being forwarded. We securely wrap and pad each basket to arrive in perfect condition, however they are delicate and do not endure multiple shipping processes well.

CAN I HAVE A BASKET SHIPPED TO OTHER COUNTRIES?
 I'm sorry to say we no longer ship to other countries since there are special circumstances involved with the shipment, such as customs forms, extra shipping charges, etc.  

DO YOU EVER CHANGE ANY OF THE PRODUCTS INCLUDED IN A BASKET?
  All items for our baskets are kept in stock, however sometimes a supplier may be late in shipping or our stock item has changed. If that occurs, we will substitute an item of equal or better value. You may also request a specific product to be added or substituted however the price will be different to reflect the changes.
